Today is Christmas Eve! I wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and happy holidays. New Year's Eve is also just round the corner and I have planned to have big party with my friends. We still haven't planned where to have our New Year's bash. But be it a Christmas party, New Year's party or even a simple birthday party, there are chances of having a bad hangover the following day. So here are some tips to get rid of the hangover:
Drink lots of water to hydrate the body. If one is having a headache, then lime water is a good option.
Eat mild foods like toast, rice as the stomach is quiet sensitive. Foods that are known for their properties as cures for hangovers are Menudo, Apples, Bananas, Honey in tea, and Green tea.
Be careful to take medicine to reduce hangover induced aches. Some pain killers like aspirin are not to be taken while the alcohol is still in the stomach.
Most importantly, the best option is not to drink excessively which might put yourself in an embarrassing position.
So, be careful and enjoy your Christmas and New Year or any birthday Party.
